Mr. Liang has worked on the technology of geographic information system for many years and has rich working experience in GIS. He has ever been the director and engineer-general of Beihai urban geographical information center, Guangxi province.

Mr. Liang has also taken in charge of Beijing Supermap Gis Technologies. Inc, and he has been the vice-president; he has taken up the place of vice-researcher of developing center for geographical information industry, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Mr. Liang participated in the project of sample area system of Shenzhen information system of earth planning, developed the program of design and application; participated the project of the branch system of earth management, Shenzhen information system of country planning, analyzed the system and customer demands.

Mr. Liang participated in the project of information system of Haikou city planning management, system analysis and key technology tackling; awarded 1st prize of advanced technology of Hainnan province.

Mr. Liang developed Beihai city planning management system; he was the chief designer of the overall system and branch system of earth usage management; this project awarded 8th prize of advanced technology of Guangxi province.

Mr. Liang developed Guangxi city information system, this project awarded 8th prize of advanced technology of Guangxi province.

Mr. Liang was the technological manager in side of Beihai for the Beihai pilot project---863-308 the application of Earth Observation Technology in city planning.

Mr. Liang developed and designed Hangzhou City Information System. In this project, he was the chief designer of the system.

Mr. Liang developed and designed Liuzhou City information system. In this project, he was the chief designer for the system; this project awarded the project silver prize for GIS application project by GIS association.

During this period, he was the chief designer of the overall designing of Zhuhai information system of earth planning.

Mr. Liang participated in the project of national 863 plan---national economic statistics for the building of geographical information system, chief designer for the system platform and database.
