Overview
Mr. Qiu has over 20 years experience in GIS research and Remote Sensing Science, including spatial analysis and modeling, development of GIS application software, web-based mapping and information processing and remote sensing digital image processing. Mr. Qiu also spent over 10 years in examining the integration of neural network and fuzzy logic to facilitate the understanding and improvement of traditional remote sensing image classification, raster based spatial analysis to support urban and environment change detection and simulation, application of spatial data analysis in public health related problems, and application software and Internet mapping service design and development.
Mr. Qiu has participated in numerous Researches and has published a large number of research papers and presented his research at numerous conferences both in China and abroad.
